So last night I didn't fall asleep until 6:30 am...... Yeah really lol I have insomnia and it claimed my night!!! DAM YOU INSOMNIA!!!!!

But this gave me a chance to play on YouTube for about 5 hours, seeing as I always go back to the ag1 channel when I decide to blog, I'm lucky enough to still have the same subscriptions that I had when I was 16 so last night I decide to catch up with some of the video bloggers that I used to love...... But so many of them have disappeared!! It's really upsetting that now in order to be one of the big players on YouTube you have to have a show of some kind, the reason I love blogging is because it's so real, its one person VS their camera, it's their thoughts, their humour, their fun. It's just so natural, it's someone just happily expressing themselves for all to see and having a dam good time doing it. It's barely edited, most of the time it's low quality lol but it's enjoyable and funny and fantastic. It's self expression in such a natural form.

But now everyone has a show, HD is a must, and your not cool without an intro, you just HAVE to have a clothing line and constantly be promoting your goods, don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with any of this, but it's sad to see some of my favourite bloggers have become so mainstream, blogging to me is simply being you you are and having fun, discussing what you want and dancing like no ones watching (seriously if you ever start blogging it's hard to resist making a music video!!!!)

It just seems like so many people have stopped seeing YouTube as a bit of fun and have become obsessed with becoming some kind of media empire :/ I wanna see some nitty gritty old school blogging, bad quality with a shaky cam haha, I wanna see people that havnt spent time getting ready for a video but simply turned on a camera and ran with it.

As I said, if you wanna be a show then go for it, but for some reason people feel like they need to be, there's nothing wrong with just turning on the camera and being you.

If anyone knows any good blog channels let me know!

Yet another reasons to hate the gym, idiotic bodybuilders

So this morning i wake up to a beautiful dose of negging.

I am not completly sure how to describe what negging is, but heres an urban dictionary definition

"Low-grade insults meant to undermine the self-confidence of a woman so she might be more vulnerable to your advances. This is something no decent guy would do."

But i guess when negging is done over the internet there is no chance of getting the girl so the main aim is to give the woman some kind of emotional breakdown. So in the space of about 10 hours I had this gang of internet bullies rack up 400ish dislikes and about 300 negative comments on my gus suck at hitting on girls video, as well as 3000 more views and a few new subscribers, which i know is them.

I assumed it was from one of those internet hate groups but surprisingly it was from a site called BodyBuilding.com which surprised me because i genuinely thought they would have better things to do like hitting there body building goals but no, they would rather pla internet bully, these are people who could obviously tear me to shreds with their strength in real life but they would rather degrade me and every other woman with there comments via the safety of hiding behind there keyboard. I guess its true then that those who become obsessed with body building have low self esteem and confidence and also that steroids and other body building aids shrink your genitals because obviously none of these grown men have any balls.

From what i know the thread has been removed now, Im not sure why but who really cares.

The thread which instructed members of the forum to hate on me was started by a 25 year old member who goes by the username DAIRISHMAN85, his "fit status" is bulking and his motivtion level is 10/10..... wow i didnt know it was that easy to get off of bullying girls on the internet! well done to you! He started bodybuilding in prison and his motivation is his little girl.

So this guy who launched a hate campaign against me has a little girl, I really do hope no one ever treats her the way you treated me today.

........... this needs to be a video not a blog .... watch this space, rant needed.

What is AG1?

So after a 2 year hiatus AG1 is back! and the popularity is growing fast :/ I didnt expect it to grow so quickly but the more the merrier I guess.

Ive always loved everything that AG1 was and is. To me AG1 is so much more then just a video log. This is going to sound very up my own arse but i see AG1 as a lifestyle, its a pretty powerful form of self expression. Its never been a show, and it never will be, I think of it more as a documentation of my thoughts, my likes and my life.

I am showcasing who I am, for all to see. For a few years there i let the hater get me down, i lost so much of my personality, the best way to describe the past few years is by saying it was like watching all my colours fade to grey. I let people make me feel ashamed of who I am as a person and Im not proud of that. I constantly tried to please others and be perfect and Im not proud of that either.

Some may love me, some may hate me, you may think Im annoying, you may think Im full of my self or an idiot or fantastic! But I think Im awesome. Just the way I am. And Im never going to let anyone make me feel bad about being myself ever again. At the end of the day, you should be living your life with the aim of making yourself happy, not making everyone else happy.

AG1, to me, is the courage to be 100% yourself, show that to the world, take the hate, take the love, take it all, and still stand up at the end of the day with a smile on your face, loving life to the max. Its the courage to be proud of who you are, even if everyone else is telling you not to be.

Who you are and what you love is something you should NEVER be ashamed of.
